21 Bridges

Director Brian Kirk's 21 bridges is a 2019 action thriller movie. The movie is set to star Avenger’s actor Chadwick Boseman, J.K. Simmons, Sienna Miller, Taylor Kitsch, Stephan James and Keith David. The film follows Andre Davis, played by Chadwick Boseman, who is an NYPD detective. He is a disgraced detective who gets a last-ditch effort to save his name by putting the entire city of New York on lockdown to capture a gang of cop killers. Sienna Miller is a fellow detective working with Andre on the case. Actors Taylor Kitsch and Stephan James will be the two suspects who are on the run.

Brian Kirk is an Irish film and television director who has well-known names on his resume including episodes of Game of Thrones and the Tudors. He was last seen directing two episodes of the television series ‘Hard Sun’ in the year 2018. Chadwick Boseman last spotted in the now highest-grossing movie of all time, Avengers: Endgame, overtaking 2009 film, Avatar. Actor J.J. Simmons will be seen reprising his role of J. Jonah Jameson in Spider-man: Far From Home released in June 2019. British actress, Sienna Miller was seen in the year 2018 in the movie American Movie while actor Taylor Kitsch of X-Men Origins: Wolverine fame, was last seen in the picture 'Only the Brave'  as Chris MacKenzie.

The Russo brothers, popular of the Avengers series, along with Chadwick Boseman, Logan Coles, and Gigi Pritzker, are producing the movie. Matthew Carnahan and Adam Mervis have written the script. Adam Mervis also wrote the story of the film.

Filming for the movie started in September 2018 after its announcement earlier that year. Most of the film location site was shot in New York City and Philadelphia. Trailer for the film was released in Comic-con by the Russo brothers in July 2019. The preview was received with much love with people curious to see actor Chadwick don a different type of cap. The release of the movie will be under the new banner, ‘Agbo Films’ on September 27th, 2019.
