India has quickly become more popular as a venue for international concerts in the recent years. In this year itself, apart from the usual festival line-ups that get bigger and better each year, the iconic pop band, OneRepublic, has already performed a concert in Mumbai in April. There is another treat for international music fans already on the way. The latest international artist to have an upcoming concert in India is the musical duo of Boyzlife.

Boyzlife is a dream come true for all fans of boy bands in India. If you were familiar with the international music scene in the nineties and early 2000s, you already know that the boy band craze had taken over the globe for quite some time. They crooned tracks about love in their melodies voices that stole hearts everywhere. No matter where you went, you couldn’t escape their harmonious songs. Two such famous boy bands were Westlife and Boyzone. Both bands came from Ireland, but the appreciation for their music crossed borders.

Westlife, whose line-up consisted of Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, Shane Filan and Brian McFadden, has estimated to have sold over ten million albums and over sixty million singles worldwide. Boyzone, whose line-up had Keith Duffy, Stephen Gately, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, and Shane Lynch, wasn’t far behind - they sold over 25 million records worldwide. Boyzlife brings you the best of both worlds as it features Brian McFadden from Westlife and Keith Duffy from Boyzone.

The two singers have been friends for a long time, and a decision to make a group to sing their biggest hits was inevitable. For boy band fans in India, it’s only a blessing because before we got a chance to see them at their peak, the bands unfortunately broke up. Now, Boyzlife is making it possible to enjoy the hits of both in one place such as My Love, I Wanna Grow Old With You, and Raise Me Up from Westlife and No Matter What  and Love Me For A Reason from Boyzone.

Boyzlife has already performed in many countries such as UK, Faroe Islands, and Indonesia, to the delight of many fans. In India, the Boyzlife tour will be making two stops - and you don’t even have to wait very long to see the duo live. On May 19, Boyzlife will be performing in Phoenix Marketcity Kurla in Mumbai and on May 20, they will perform at JW Marriott in Bengaluru.

There are also times when exciting concerts happen, but the prices are too expensive for many to attend. Thankfully, with this concert, this will not be a big problem. With tickets reasonably priced and starting at 1000 rupees, Boyzlife is a concert that cannot be missed.
